Executive Assistant for Your Investment
I provide trusted oversight of both the property and the information surrounding it.
Customized Service — Available to Established Clients
A rental property has a financial life of its own. There are bills to pay, income and expenses to track, repairs and improvements to document, leases to manage, and information that may eventually be needed for taxes, refinancing, estate planning, family communication, or a future sale.
This service gives the owner one consistent point of contact who understands the property’s history, knows where the records are, and keeps important financial, maintenance, lease, and property information organized. When authorized, I can also coordinate with the owner’s CPA, family members, lenders, or professional advisors and provide accurate, up-to-date information.
This level of service is especially valuable for baby boomers, out-of-town owners, and families who want to simplify the work of ownership while maintaining control of the investment.

How Executive Property Services Begins
This level of service starts with an established working relationship and a clear understanding of the property, its records, and the owner’s priorities.
We’ll identify the responsibilities you want to retain, the details you would like handled, and the people I may be authorized to coordinate with. From there, we’ll establish a customized scope of service and a practical system for keeping everything current.
The result is one consistent point of oversight for the property and the information surrounding it.
How we work together:
-
Start with a no-obligation conversation.
Tell me about the property, what’s working, what isn’t, and what may be getting overlooked. We’ll talk about your current needs, what may be coming next, and whether there’s an area where I can genuinely be useful.
-
Let’s look at the property from an owner’s perspective.
We’ll talk through the current situation, and where you’d like help, Maybe there’s one piece of leasing or management you’d like to hand off. Maybe there are several. The goal is to identify what would actually improve the way the property is being leased and managed.
-
f there’s a good fit, we’ll make a plan.
We’ll identify your priorities, decide what makes sense to tackle first, and select the flat-fee services that support those objectives. You remain in control of the decisions; I take responsibility for the details we’ve agreed I’ll handle.
No complicated packages. No pressure to hand over everything. Just a practical plan for the support your property needs right now.
-
We’ll make getting started easy.
Once we decide to work together, I’m happy to meet with you in person to handle signatures, collect keys or access information, exchange property records and other working documents, and make sure I have what I need to get started.
Not everything has to be handled electronically. If you prefer paper documents and an in-person meeting, we can do that too.
The goal is simple: get everything organized, exchanged and ready so I can begin handling the work on your behalf.
