About Cami
Executive Assistant for Your Investment
My background in executive-level administrative support shaped a disciplined, attentive way of working—anticipating needs, keeping track of every moving part, and following important work through to completion. As a licensed California Real Estate Broker, I bring that same discipline to residential leasing and property management.
I created Cami Cleveland Property Services for owners who want capable, personal support without losing visibility or control of their investment.
A successful rental property is a valuable financial asset that should remain protected, organized, and positioned for opportunity.
Just as an executive relies on someone to manage details, anticipate needs, organize information, and keep things moving forward, I believe an investment property benefits from that same level of thoughtful attention.
That philosophy guides how I care for every property entrusted to me.
Investment Preservation
Routine maintenance, preventative care, inspections, vendor coordination and good documentation help preserve the condition and long-term value of the property.
Whether you hold for decades or sell when the market is right, a well-maintained property gives you more choices.
Investment Readiness
Good records matter. Leases, inspections, maintenance history, capital improvements and financial documentation should be organized before they are needed — whether for your CPA, a refinance, a future investment, a 1031 exchange or an eventual sale.
Good records don't just document the past. They prepare you for what comes next.
Investment Performance
Professional leasing, careful tenant selection, clear communication, responsive maintenance and thoughtful renewals help support reliable income and a successful tenancy.
Good tenants, good systems and consistent follow-through protect the income your property was meant to produce.
The Goal
My goal is to keep your investment in optimal standing — well leased, well maintained, organized, documented and ready for what comes next.
Every successful investment depends on hundreds of small details that often go unnoticed — until they're needed.
Someone needs to remember the details, stay organized and think ahead.
That's why I think of my role as the Executive Assistant for Your Investment.
How we work together:
-
Start with a no-obligation conversation.
Tell me about the property, what’s working, what isn’t, and what may be getting overlooked. We’ll talk about your current needs, what may be coming next, and whether there’s an area where I can genuinely be useful.
-
Let’s look at the property from an owner’s perspective.
We’ll talk through the current situation and where you’d like help. Maybe there is one part of leasing or management you would like to hand off. Maybe there are several. The goal is to identify what would genuinely improve the way the property is being leased, managed, and maintained.actually improve the way the property is being leased and managed.
-
f there’s a good fit, we’ll make a plan.
We’ll identify your priorities, decide what makes sense to tackle first, and select the flat-fee services that support those objectives. You remain in control of the decisions; I take responsibility for the details we’ve agreed I’ll handle.
No complicated packages. No pressure to hand over everything. Just a practical plan for the support your property needs right now.
-
We’ll make getting started easy.
Once we decide to work together, I’m happy to meet with you in person to handle signatures, collect keys or access information, exchange property records and other working documents, and make sure I have what I need to get started.
Not everything has to be handled electronically. If you prefer paper documents and an in-person meeting, we can do that too.
The goal is simple: get everything organized, exchanged and ready so I can begin handling the work on your behalf.
